Sh. M.P. Gupta Converted into Pvt. Limited Company

1982 Converted into Public Limited Company

1989 Set up of a 100% Export Oriented Unit Producing Halogen Lamps.

Setup of Autopal Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary in USA for warehousing
and distribution of products in USA / Canada.

1993 Received Export House recognition from Govt of India.

1995 Conferred ISO 9002 System certification.

1995 Recognition of R & D laboratory by Govt. of India.

1996 Testing Laboratory recognized by TUV Rhineland.

1998 Testing Laboratory recognized by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

1999 Obtained world-class quality standard QS-9000.

2004 Conferred to TS-16949:2002 (Head Lamp & Halogen Lamp Plant)

2008 Achieved ISO-14001 Environmental Management System.

2008 Conferred to OSHAS-18001 Occupational Health & Safety Standard.

2009 Autolite Manufacturing Limited, Pantnagar Plant Confreed to ISO-9001,
ISO 14001 & OHSAS 14001

2010 Received Star Export House recognition from Govt of India
